These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Cymatics Intelligence, Inc.. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or submitting a pilot request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site describes Cymo and Cymatics Intelligence, Inc.’s research, and lets visitors join a waitlist or request a pilot. It is informational and does not itself sell or ship any product.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our disclaimer for more detail, and always consult a qualified healthcare provider about medical questions or emergencies.
The waitlist is not a purchase
Joining the Cymo waitlist is free and does not obligate you to buy anything, and does not obligate us to sell you anything. It is not an order, a reservation, or a guarantee of price, availability, or delivery date. We may change Cymo’s features, pricing, or timeline, or discontinue the waitlist, at any time.
Pilot requests are inquiries
Submitting the pilot request form is an expression of interest, not a binding agreement and not an order. Any actual pilot, trial, or deployment is governed by a separate written agreement between your organisation and Cymatics Intelligence, Inc., negotiated after we are in contact with you.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Cymatics and Cymo names and logos are owned by Cymatics Intelligence, Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the site for your own personal or business evaluation of Cymo. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the site or its content except as this license allows.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or data from the site without permission;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with Turnstile or other security measures protecting the site or its forms;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; or
- interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation or servers.
Third-party services
The site relies on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, PostHog for analytics, and Resend for email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those services, though we choose them carefully.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cymatics Intelligence, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
