Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cymatics Intelligence, Inc. (“Cymatics”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website, join our waitlist, or request a pilot of Cymo. It does not cover the Cymo device itself, which will have its own privacy notice when it ships.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a small amount we collect automatically.

  • Waitlist and pilot forms: email address, name, organisation, role, vertical, deployment size, timeline, and any message or answers you provide.
  • Attribution data: UTM parameters and the referring page, so we can tell which channels bring people to the site.
  • Technical and anti-abuse data: your IP address and a bot-verification signal (see Cookies below), used to detect and block spam and automated submissions.

We do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use this information

  • To respond to pilot requests and follow up about your organisation’s interest.
  • To notify waitlist members about Cymo and related updates.
  • To understand which channels and content drive signups, using aggregated analytics.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, functioning website and understanding how it is used, to process your information under the GDPR and UK GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time; see “Your rights” below.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the rights described below. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

Retention

We keep waitlist and pilot request records for as long as they remain useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained longer.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers (processors) to run this site. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

  • Cloudflare — hosting, network infrastructure, and Turnstile bot protection for our forms.
  • PostHog — cookieless product analytics, so we can see aggregate traffic and usage patterns without tracking you across other sites.
  • Resend — delivery of confirmation and notification emails triggered by the waitlist and pilot forms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cymatics Intelligence, Inc., our users, or others.

Cookies and tracking

Our analytics (PostHog) is configured to run cookieless, so we do not show a cookie consent banner. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from automated abuse, may set a short-lived cookie as part of verifying that a submission is not a bot. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Children’s privacy

This site is directed at adults evaluating Cymo for themselves, their families, or their organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we ask that children not submit our forms.

Security

We use Cloudflare’s network for hosting and transport security, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, and limit access to stored form data to the people who need it to operate the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
  • access, correct, or request a copy of that information;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and product evolve. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
